For the past 5 years, BA Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Management students from the Lord Ashcroft International Business School have organised an annual Charity Event within the Cambridge vicinity in order to raise funds for different charities. This year we are supporting the Cambridge-based charity SOS Children's Villages by organising a black-tie dinner and auction to raise funds for their cause.
Expect to be wined and dined in our spectacular Black Tie Event which will take place in the prestigious Hilton Cambridge City Centre Hotel on the 14th April. The evening will begin with a drinks reception providing an opportunity to network with a range of business owners, executives and professionals from around Cambridgeshire. This will be followed by a three-course meal with live entertainment from the excellent professional magician Luke Clough.
The evening will conclude with coffees and a fantastic Charity Auction with great prizes including a week's stay in a luxury beachside resort in Troia, Portugal. On top of a great evening, you can leave with the satisfaction that all money raised from the event will be going directly towards SOS Children's Villages.
SOS Children's Villages is a global charity which provides orphans and vulnerable children with a stable and positive family life. The charity protects and improves the lives of children in 125 countries, working with communities to keep fragmenting families together, and where this is not possible, building new families for children at risk. The charity also establishes schools and medical centres to ensure that more children have the opportunity of an education and access to quality medical care.
The money raised from this event will be used to support SOS Children's Villages projects in The Gambia.
